Single And Living Free by Ed Houston
In his book Single and Living Free: An Inspiring Companion for Your Personal Journey Ed Houston states, ?I took my first overseas travel two and a half weeks after the 911 terrorist attacks in America. Everyone was telling me I should not go and that I was crazy. To be honest, it was a struggle at first to prepare for departure, but I felt at peace in my spirit and I followed the safety precautions prescribed by the tour company and I went.? Similar to the actions of a terrorist, Houston has discovered how the enemy bullies Christian singles into believing they have to live in bondage and that they cannot enjoy life to the fullest and experience wholeness on another level. As a Christian single, he, too encountered this same bondage and terror but was set free by a profound revelation. This pivotal insight is the foundation for several practical principles shared in Single and Living Free.

Living Gluten Free For Dummies by Danna Korn
Living Gluten-Free For Dummies, like all For Dummies books, is divided up so you don't have to read it all at once, or even front to back, if you don't want to. You can skip from B to R to A and even reread B if you want to. You can read it sideways and standing on your head if you'd like; all you have to do is find a section you're interested in and dig in (how's that for liberating?). I suggest you peruse the Table of Contents and see whether any particular chapter or subject really floats your boat, and start there. Or you can flip through the book and see whether any of the headings catch your interest. If you're new to the gluten-free lifestyle and have tons of questions, you're probably best off starting at Chapter 1 and working your way through most of the book in order. If you've been gluten-free for years, do yourself a favor and take a look at Chapter 4. You may be surprised at some of the foods that are allowed on the gluten-free diet that used to be considered no-nos. You may find this chapter opens a lot of cupboard doors that you once thought were closed!
Living Allergy Free by M. Eric Gershwin
In this commonsense book, Dr. Gershwin and Dr. Klingelhofer offer sensible, practical strategies for identifying the substances that cause allergies (allergens), the symptoms they cause, ways exposure to allergens can be avoided or reduced, and ways you can relieve the symptoms. Living Allergy Free also treats some reactions that are commonly assumed to be allergies, but are really sensitivity or irritant reactions, shows how they can be distinguished from true allergies, and tells you what to do about them. If you suffer from allergies-or if you think you do-Living Allergy Free is just what the doctor would order!
